When you step into an hour of working with me - I want it to be a good fit for you. Please use the menu below to select the modality and kind of support that feels right for you. And, if there is a hybrid hour that you’d like, let me know and we can plan that too (e.g cacao/oils/journalling).

  • Anxiety Support

    The Balm: somatic techniques to support anxiety - we can’t ‘outthink’ anxiety. Our body will ask to be heard. These sessions explore how anxiety is showing up for you and how we might befriend it.

    SOS: Anxiety tools and techniques for Trying to Conceive

    SOS: Anxiety tools and techniques for Pregnancy

    Earthed: preparation for IVF. An hour to establish specific tools to support you through the process, focusing on any aspects you’re apprehensive about (injections, the two week wait, results).

  • MOVE; an hour to support you to move gently, curating a practice that you can take away with you.

    Fertility Yoga: Pre-Ovulation/Pre transfer. These sessions will be attuned to your individual journey and we can explore poses that tend to the pelvic bowl, the hips and groin and places where tension can hide. If you are in an assisted conception cycle, we will tailor the session accordingly.

    Fertility Yoga: Post-Ovulation/Post transfer. The emphasis here is on rest and relaxation amidst the two week wait. Supported rest and a long guided relaxation can help you to be with the now. We can take a womb visualisation journey if this speaks to you.

    Fertility Yoga: Post Unsuccessful IVF Cycle. Gentle restorative poses, being with the body and nurturing the pelvic bowl. Honouring your experience through tiny acts of ritual.

    Modified pregnancy Yoga: First Trimester. Whispers of movement that will feel safe to your body, deep rest, support for specific symptoms e.g nausea and anxiety.

    Pregnancy Yoga: Second and Third Trimester. Gentle pregnancy yoga created especially for you. Many women use these sessions to develop their confidence to move their body so that they can return to movement and access group classes.

    Menopause Yoga: Yoga for wherever you are in the landscapes of menopause from the first tendrils of peri to later down the line, carefully tailored to support any symptoms you are experiencing e.g insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, brain fog.

  • Acknowledge; spaceholding medicine and deep listening to the scared chapters of your story (TTC journey so far, IVF cycles, birth stories, loss, secondary infertility, making peace with family size).

    Journal 101. If you’d like to go deeper with our journalling or to simply get started, this is an hour to be with your words and is an area I have taught and lectured on for thirteen years.

  • Restorative Yoga. A tender hour of restorative poses that are held for several minutes, weaved with guided relaxation or yoga nidra.

    Yoga Nidra The art of yogic sleep, the liminal place between waking and dreaming. The ultimate potent rest space and place for you to locate powerful intentions. One of my favourite practices.

    Heart-Womb guided journey Perfect for exploring intuition, trust and creativity. An hour of restful breathwork and visual journeying - people enjoy this practice during the two week wait or anytime you need to reconnect with the wisdom and wonder that is your body,

    Guided and bespoke cacao ceremony The ultimate heart opening hour of connection to soul, body and earth (I can provide cacao at an additional cost of £10) if you have been drawn to working with cacao but a little hesitant to attend a ceremony - this would be a gentle opening of the door.

    Essential Oil Alchemy: we’ll take your scent history, your current areas of focus and arrive at a selection of five oils and synergy blend. Oils are not provided but can be ordered through me or I will signpost to my favourite brands.

    Essential Oil Education: Birth - work with me to arrive at the right aromas to support your birth.
